Welcome to Alaxora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the legal terms on which we provide our post management, social media management, and website management services to clients, as well as the rules governing your use of our website (alaxora.work.gd).

Alaxora is an independent digital agency operated from 115 Columbine Road, Ely, Cambridgeshire CB6 3WL, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

1. Services & Engagements

We provide tailored digital services including:

• Post Management: Content scheduling, copywriting, and visual publishing for social media channels.
• Social Media Management: Platform strategy, audience interaction, profile optimization, and monthly performance reviews.
• Website Management: Website maintenance, content updates, security monitoring, and regular backups.

Specific project deliverables, milestones, turnaround schedules, and retainer packages are documented in your individual service agreement or invoice.

2. Client Responsibilities & Materials

To ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines, clients agree to:

• Provide necessary branding assets, imagery, text copy, and credentials in a timely manner.
• Ensure all supplied content, logos, and materials do not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Review and approve scheduled posts, designs, or website changes within agreed turnaround periods.

3. Fees, Billing & Payment Terms

All service fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless agreed otherwise in writing. Retainer packages and ongoing monthly management services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issuance.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all original content, graphic designs, and custom copy created specifically for your business become your property. Alaxora retains the right to display non-confidential deliverables in our portfolio and marketing case studies.

Any proprietary frameworks, software tools, or pre-existing templates used in the course of providing services remain the exclusive intellectual property of Alaxora or their respective licensors.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat all client business information, login credentials, and private communication with strict confidentiality. 6. Limitation of Liability

While we use reasonable skill, care, and industry best practices to deliver effective campaigns and reliable website maintenance, we cannot guarantee specific sales figures, search engine rankings, or algorithm placements across third-party social media platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Alaxora's total aggregate liability arising under or in connection with any contract shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer agreement by providing thirty (30) days' written notice via email to info@alaxora.work.gd, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
